2020 Ohio Presidential Primary

The 2020 Ohio presidential primary was to have been held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, as one of four U.S. primaries taking place on this day. On Monday, March 16, the governor and then the public health director ordered polls closed for covid-19 safety. While the Democratic primary in Ohio will decide the allocation of 136 out of 153 delegates, the Republican primary will award a total of 82.
